Who We Are
Well Hello There!!
It’s lovely to meet you! I can’t thank you enough for visiting my website. I’m Mari, the owner and therapist behind Rooted Nature OT. I have been an OT for 10 years, with 8 years in pediatrics. My background is in Social Work working with those from birth to elderly. As an OT I have worked in acute care, pediatric outpatient, early intervention and schools. Each setting has helped me to develop my skills and the lens to understanding child and family development.
I am a follower of Christ. My passion is to serve others with the talents and blessings given to me. I cherish being a wife, mother, daughter and sister. My family is my core and encouragment. Being raised in Wyoming, our love of the outdoors was great and wild! I have never taken the freedom and beauty of nature for granted.
