These therapy services are individualized to the needs of a child based on the OT evaluation and family concerns. Services will use the natural environment to address concerns in a playful and adventurous method.

Small Groups of 2-3 children- will be provided seasonally for maintaining skills.

Rooted is available for parent and teacher workshops in the community for developmental skills and consultation of nature programming.
Pricing Packages
Evaluation – $350
-OT evaluation includes assessment in the areas of motor, executive functioning and/or sensory regulation. Parent interview included.
-Parent Meeting- review of results and collaboration of individual goals.
-Consultation of home programming.
+Transfer of Care- If a formal OT evaluation was completed within 6 months we can discuss a transfer of care. Review of intake, observation and parent interview required- $200.
Basic Package
-10 one hour personalized nature therapy sessions over 3 months.
-Progress reports provided montlhy.
-Home program exercises and activites for the areas of concern.
-Must complete evaluation prior to treatment sessions.
-3 monthly payments of $400
Complete Package
-10 one hour personalized nature therapy sessions over 3 months.
-2 half hour parent meetings to discuss progress, struggles and programming.
-Progress reports provided monthly.
-2 home program boxes with materials and activities outlines for creating developmental appropriate activities.
-Must complete evaluation prior to treatment sessions.
-3 monthly payments of $525
Small Group Enrichment Groups
-6 one hour small group therapy sessions over 2 months.
-Kids will be in small groups of 2 or 3.
-Progress reports provided monthly.
-Home programming provided with activities for the areas of concern.
-Ideal for children who have completed a basic or complete package. Looking to maintain skills and social interaction.
-Per Session- $85
Maintenance Package
-10 one hour personalized nature therapy sessions over 3 months.
-2 half hour parent meetings to discuss progress, struggles and programing.
-Progress reports provided monthly.
- *Optional* 2 home program boxes with materials and activities outlines for creating developmental appropriate activities.
-Must complete evaluation prior to treatment sessions.
-3 monthly payments of $365
Payment Options
Accepted Payments
At this time Rooted is a fee-for-service provider. Rooted is able to accept private pay and flexible spending accounts. We are currently working to be in the medicaid system, please reach out to be placed on the wait list.
We are unable to work directly with insurance companies. However, we are able to provide Superbill- a paid-in-full statement with medical treatment codes. Portions of the Superbill are able to be reimbursed through your out-of-network insurance.
We are able to accept payment through cash/check, paypal and credit/debit through Wave.
Donor Fund
Are you interested in services, but concerned for the cost to you family? Please contact me to discuss options. We have been blessed to have a donor fund, that will allow us to serve at a reduced rate.
